- Excludes providers from receiving Medicare funds who perform drug-induced abortions via telehealth
- Ensures no payment may be made under the Medicare program to a medical professional or entity who performs a drug-induced abortion without a physician physically examining the patient, being physically present with the patient at the location of the abortion, and scheduling a follow-up visit for the patient.
H.R.796 – Second Chance for Moms Act (Rep. Mary Miller [R-IL-15])
- Requires mifepristone to have a warning label stating that it can be counteracted by natural progesterone, which may increase the chance of fetal survival
- Establishes a toll-free, 24/7 hotline providing information to women seeking to reverse effects of mifepristone, and referrals from this hotline would be made only to medical professionals offering abortion pill reversal (APR)
H.R.797 – Ultrasounds Save Lives Act of 2025 (Rep. Mary Miller [R-IL-15])
- Mandates performance of an ultrasound before an abortion, that the results be shared with the woman, and that a signed informed consent authorization be obtained at least 24 hours before an abortion
H.R.719 – No Abortion Coverage for Medicaid Act (Rep. Josh Brecheen [R-OK-02])
- Codifies the Hyde Amendment by prohibiting Medicaid federal funds from being used to pay for abortions except in cases of rape, incest, and life of the mother
S.178 / H.R.627 – Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025 (Sen. Joni Ernst [R-IA] / Rep. Ralph Norman [R-SC-05])
- Requires states to report abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

- Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to issue a final rule on protecting statutory conscience rights identical or equivalent to the rule titled Protecting Statutory Conscience Rights in Health Care; Delegations of Authority, which was scheduled to take effect on July 22, 2019, but was vacated by courts. This was the rule promulgated under the first Trump Administration to enforce protection of statutory conscience rights
S.125 – End Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Providers Act (Sen. Josh Hawley [R-MO])
- Prohibits federal funding for entities and affiliates that perform abortions, refer for abortions, or provide funding to others that perform abortions
